The Eagle(s) Have Landed
We had to wait eight months for this day, but my goodness was it worth it. Today 11 Evo Xs arrived at White Bear Lake Mitsubishi, each of which is earmarked for 311RS production. Our allocation of Evo Xs has finally arrived!!! We submitted our order with Mitsubishi last summer: eight Wicked White Evo X GSRs, one Wicked White Evo X MR (dual clutch gearbox), and one Cosmic Blue Evo X GSR.
A blue 311RS? Yes, you’re reading that right. A MN-native approached us with the idea of a “low key 311RS” after seeing 311RS #01 at the Minneapolis Auto Show. If we’re honest, it was an awesome idea and one we were hoping we’d hear. These cars are inherently capable with all of the track development, the real challenge for us has been dialing that capability and corralling it into a smooth on road package. 311RS #11 will allow us to take that challenge one step further and create a car with the look and feel of a total sleeper. Color us excited. Or Cosmic Blue, either works.
